These toolbars are automatically loaded at the start, if not, please load them from the
..\Plug-ins\Rhinophoto\Rhinophotov2.tb folder.
In order to follow a more logical process for beginners, text menus have been reorganized.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to existing users.

Additional tool to display the photo at the 3D position 
Run the menu : Tools > Display Photo at 3D Position
Select cameras you want to see : A View is created per camera position and the photo is displayed at 3D position.
If you do not see the tabs on top of views, Right click on Image name, then setup the viewport layout to "Show Viewport Tabs" It will display the Tab for each view you have asked for.
 Note : Because we have to fully undistort each photo before displaying at 3D position in Rhino, this command can take time.

New Additional tool for Coded Target Size Estimation 
Allows you to estimate the correct size of Coded targets according to your camera, your lens and the size of the object.
Click on Target Size Estimator to display the following dialog box:

Enter camera and object data in the gray boxes (define all values) to obtain an estimation of the target sizes to use in the green boxes. Can be launched from the menu Tools > Create Targets > Draw Coded Targets.

Run the command, select the camera file you want to install (eg. from a CD or USB Key). The camera file is copied into the right Rhinophoto folder

Display of 3D camera positions in Rhino

Camera is displayed and oriented at each 3D position and is stored in a Rhinophoto Sub Layer named

Manually add Coded / Uncoded Points
 Current Coded point number is displayed in the top left corner of the graphic display and can be changed by clicking on the up/down arrows

If a Number already exist in the photo the point is displayed in red

Automatic Zoom when adding 2D Point or adjust point position
Appear when a command ( ) requiring a point to be created or selected is used.
Rhinophoto Automatic Zoom is activated with a mouse click, simply keep the left mouse button pressed to activate the Zoom window.

The Zoom window display will change as you drag the mouse to a different position and when you release the mouse button the point will be added to the project.
The Zoom function has several options accessible through keyboard shortcuts :
"Page UP" key = Increase the Zoom factor.
"Page Down" key = Decrease the Zoom factor.
"T" key (Target key) = Determine the center of a target.
- The advantage of this command is the precision and the quality with which points can be defined. Point definition is accurate to 1/100th of a pixel. - Simply press the "T" key when the zoom window is used. The cursor changes, the zone is detected, the center of the target is automatically calculated (a cross is displayed in the center), and Rhinophoto draws an ellipse around the recognized target.
- "E" key = Activate the illumination of dark areas. - Automatic illumination of dark areas of an image : Simply press the "E" key when making an automatic zoom to lighten the image. Automatic zoom without 'Illumination' (move the mouse over the image to see the feature)

A new tab "Reference Bars" is added at right side of the "2D Images" tab

Notes :
1 - "Apply Changes" button save the values for the current project
2 - "Save Values" button save the values of the Reference Bar into the text file .\Rhinophoto\ReferenceBars\*.txt
3 - "Save As New Ref. Bar" button save a new text file in a folder .\Rhinophoto\ReferenceBars\*.txt. It create a new Reference Bar. If an image (*.png file format, size 250x150 pixels) exist in the folder .\Rhinophoto\ReferenceBars\xxxxx.png and have the same name than a txt file, this image is loaded and displayed in the dialog box.
4 - Reference Axis/Cross are currently not used (will be used for Autocalibration of Camera)

Define Reference Scale of Project (on the photos)
 Click on « Pick » button then select 2 coded points, enter the distance. Modifications are stored in the config.txt of the project folder.

New command in Rhinophoto menu : Rhinophoto > Tools >> Sort targets by layers

In the example above when clicking on « OK » button :
- Coded points number 000 to 122 will be copied in a new layer « Base of Object » - Coded points number 123 to 222 will be copied in a new layer «Front area » - Coded points number 223 to 452 will be copied in a new layer « Top of Object »
The buttons « Load Config » and « Save Config » allow to load and save configurations to be reused in future projects
Notes :
1 - It saves a text file in a .\Rhinophoto\TargetsSort\*.txt folder
2 - By default, it loads a file named .\Rhinophoto\TargetsSort\Default.txt
3 - Point which are not in the lists are not copied in specifics layers
4 - To delete a line just select the line and hit "Del" key
5 - Works only on Visible Rhinophoto layers
6 - Possibility to desactivate a line by clicking on icon
What's Planned for Rhinophoto V2.00 Release (Scheduled April 15, 2010)

This will allow you to remove and transfer licenses to another computer from the Web.
You can create the unlock code by yourself

Autocalibration of Cameras
Allow to use a camera without calibrating it before.

Development work on the Camera Auto-calibration function is not yet finished and is deactivated in this version.
